The Obverse features James II second laureate head and is inscribed IACOBUS.II. .DEI. GRATIA. The reverse features crowned cruciform shields of the arms of England, Scotland, France and Ireland with septres at angles and is inscribed MAG. BR. FRA. ET. HIB. REX.
