The Obverse features George I third laureate head and is inscribed GEORGIVS DG M BR FR ET HIB REX FD. The reverse features crowned cruciform shields of the arms of the union of England & Scotland, France, Ireland and Hannover with garter star at centre and septres at angles. It is inscribed BRVN ET. L. DVX S.R.I.A.TH ET. EL.
