The gold output of coin for 1716 totalled a whopping £1,057,543, third largest of the decade, The Hanoverian arms error at date was only discovered within the last decade all survivors of which there is believed to be less than Five known examples are all inferior to this coin being offered, a coin Graded by NGC XF40 sold in 2017 at auction for £15,000 hammer plus buyers premium, Sovereign rarities sold one after 2017, both of these examples were a lot more worn than our coin, we believe this coin is the highest grade example available out of the few known examples of this extremely rare coin
