The Obverse features George I fourth laureate head and is inscribed GEORGIVS. D. G. M. BR. FR. ET. HIB. REX. F.D.The reverse features crowned cruciform shields of the arms of the union of England & Scotland, France, Ireland and Hannover with garter star at centre and septres at angles. It is inscribed BRVN ET. L. DVX S.R.I.A.TH ET. EL.
