Struck in 22ct gold – weight 7.98 grams  – Diameter 22.05mm

Obv: William IV first bust, top of ear narrow and rounded, Nose to 2nd N, designed by William Wyon and is inscribed GULIELMUS IIII D:G BRITANNIAR REX F:D.

Rev:  has a crowned shield design from Jean Baptiste Merlen.
