The Obverse features William IV First bust bare head, top of ear narrow and rounded, nose to 2nd N of BRITANNIAR, designed by William Wyon and is inscribed GULIELMUS IIII D:G BRITANNIAR REX F:D. The reverse has a crowned shield design from Jean Baptiste Merlen
